1. Acceptance and Eligibility
By accessing or using Wizideo ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Description of Service
Wizideo provides AI-powered video transcription, summarization, and collaboration tools. The Service is offered subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
3. Account and Security
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Seat Licenses
Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and automatically renew. Subscriptions are based on individual seat licenses and may not be shared, rotated, or reassigned to bypass limits.
5. Refunds and EU Withdrawal Right
European consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal; however, by accessing the digital content immediately, you acknowledge that you waive this right. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current cycle.
6. User Content and GDPR Compliance
When recording meetings, you represent that you have obtained all necessary permissions from participants. You remain the data controller for your User Content, and our processing complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
7. AI Services and Outputs
Our Service uses AI to generate transcripts and summaries. AI-generated outputs may contain errors and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, or medical advice. You are responsible for verifying all outputs.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, to transmit harmful content, to bypass any AI safety filters, or to use our outputs to train competing artificial intelligence models.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and its features are owned by Wizideo. You retain all rights to your User Content, but you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by European law, Wizideo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This does not exclude liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by European Union law and the national laws of our primary European establishment. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent European courts.
