Connect Trello from Wizideo integrations settings
Go to Settings → Integrations in Wizideo and connect your Trello account. Grant Wizideo permission to create cards on your boards.

Record or upload your meeting
Capture the meeting via the Wizideo Chrome extension, desktop app, or by uploading an audio or video file. Wizideo transcribes and extracts action items.

Review and select action items to push
In the Wizideo action board, review AI-detected tasks, adjust card titles or descriptions if needed, then select the ones to send.

Click 'Push to Trello' and choose the target board and list. Cards appear in Trello instantly, with the meeting summary as card description.

If a deadline is mentioned in the meeting and Wizideo's AI detects it, the date will be suggested in the action item. You can set it before pushing to Trello.
