Integration

Wizideo for Notion

Send AI-generated meeting notes, summaries, and action items straight into your Notion workspace—automatically through Flows.

What this integration does

Wizideo transcribes and summarizes your meetings. With the Notion integration, you can create pages or database rows in Notion when a transcription finishes or a summary is generated—so your team’s single source of truth stays up to date.

You choose the trigger, the destination database or parent page, and what content to include. Wizideo only writes to Notion when your Flow runs; you stay in control of OAuth access and each Flow’s configuration.

What you can do with Wizideo + Notion

Connect once, then automate how meeting output lands in Notion.

Pages & databases

Create Notion pages or add rows to a database with summaries, participants, and tasks from your meetings.

Flows automation

Build a Flow with a trigger (for example when transcription or summary is ready) and a Notion action—runs without manual copy-paste.

Templates & prompts

Choose structured outputs (summary, notes, action items) or custom prompts so Notion gets exactly what your workflow needs.

Scoped access

Integration access is tied to your Notion authorization and the destinations you configure in each Flow.

Install & connect (step by step)

1

Create or open your Wizideo account

Sign up or sign in at Wizideo. You’ll connect Notion from the product, not from this marketing page alone.

2

Connect Notion

In Wizideo go to Settings → Integrations, find Notion, and click Connect. Complete Notion’s OAuth screen and approve the requested access.

3

Create a Flow

Open Flows, create a Flow, pick a trigger (e.g. transcription or summary ready), add the Notion action, choose the database or parent page, then save and activate the Flow.

After that, run meetings as usual in Wizideo. When the trigger fires, Wizideo creates or updates content in Notion according to your Flow. You can adjust or pause Flows anytime. Quick links: Integrations · Flows

Privacy & data

Wizideo uses Notion’s API only to create or update content you configure in your Flows, under the OAuth access you grant. We do not use your Notion data to train third-party models; see our Privacy Policy for how Wizideo handles meeting and product data.
